Privacy Policy
Beta notice: opsManager is a managed AI operations command center. This policy is a product-specific baseline and should receive legal review before broad client launch.
1. Data we handle
opsManager may handle tenant accounts, memberships, call metadata, transcripts, lead/prospect records, CRM stages, follow-up drafts, knowledge-base content, workflow status, weekly reports, approval packets, audit trails, and operational usage/cost signals.
2. How data is used
Data is used to operate client workspaces, summarize calls, triage leads, draft follow-ups, prepare reports, maintain knowledge bases, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve JK Automations managed operations.
3. AI-assisted operations
opsManager may use AI-assisted summaries, drafts, classifications, and recommendations. These outputs are review aids for operators and clients, not legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Human approval gates remain required for sensitive actions.
4. Sharing and providers
We do not sell personal information. Managed providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, voice/SMS/email, analytics, AI processing, and support tooling may process data only to operate the product.
5. Retention and deletion
Client/account data is retained while the workspace, pilot, or managed-service relationship is active, or as needed for legal, security, billing, and audit records. Deletion/correction requests should be sent to JK Automations support.
6. Security
opsManager uses reasonable MVP safeguards, including authenticated access, tenant boundaries, server-side secret handling, approval gates for outbound/sensitive actions, and safe logging rules. Do not upload regulated or highly sensitive data unless production storage and access rules have been explicitly approved.
