Terms baseline

Terms of Service

Beta notice: opsManager is a launch-bound managed-service/product MVP. These terms are a product-specific baseline and should receive legal review before broad client launch.

1. Use of opsManager

opsManager provides client-visible operations workflows for voice intake, lead follow-up, knowledge-base hygiene, reporting, approval packets, and workflow visibility. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and business decisions before acting on them.

2. No professional advice

opsManager is not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or compliance advice. AI-assisted summaries and recommendations are drafts and review aids only.

3. Accounts and tenant access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Tenant data should be accessed only by authorized users. JK Automations may limit, suspend, or remove beta access for misuse, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or testing constraints.

4. Approval-gated actions

Deployments, public publishing, domain/DNS, Retell or phone routing, auth/security/account changes, database migrations, destructive data operations, provider/runtime routing, spend, outbound SMS/email, and client-visible automation execution require explicit approval.

5. Prohibited uses

  • Do not bypass access controls, scrape private data, abuse APIs, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload restricted regulated data unless production storage and access controls have been approved.
  • Do not rely on demo/sample output as verified business, legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance truth.

6. Beta availability

Features may change, pause, or be removed during MVP validation. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” during beta.

7. Liability and contact

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JK Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of opsManager. Questions: support@jk-automations.com.
